Province pledges $2.5 Million to Landscape of Grand PrÉ World Heritage Trust

Kentville, Nova Scotia, November 14, 2011- The province of Nova Scotia today announced the creation of a $2.5 million contingent trust to help preserve and interpret the Landscape of Grand Pré upon successful inscription as a World Heritage Site. The announcement was made this morning by the Honourable Dave Wilson, Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage, at the Grand-Pré National Historic Site in Grand Pré, Nova Scotia. Read More...
